The entrepreneur failed to put in commission an apartment building in Kokshetau because the official did not like the counters.

The Pro Build company appealed to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Akmola region with a complaint about Kokshetau Su Arnasy.

The fact is that the company had problems when putting the object into operation - a 40-apartment residential building located in Kokshetau.

Although the company completed the construction works on time. When accepting the object into operation Kokshetau Su Arnasy declared that the apartment modules did not correspond to the water meters. Although according to the design and estimate documentation established by Pro Build LLP, apartment counters and modules fully complied with the specifications issued by the municipal water channel. Moreover, the businessman was not warned about any changes in the technical conditions of water supply and sewage.

The entrepreneur, strictly fulfilling the requirements of the design and estimate documentation, purchased apartment counters: 40 pieces for hot water supply with a modem and 40 counters for cold water supply, as well as a central water meter, and installed them.

Despite this, without any explanations, Kokshetau Su Arnasy required the installation of pulse counters-recorders of another modification, which did not fall under the requirements of design and estimate documentation. For the replacement of which the entrepreneur would have to incur unreasonable expenses up to 2 million tenge extra.

Employees of the Office of the Business Ombudsman of the Akmola region initiated a check regarding the actions of the Kokshetau Su Arnasy. The audit confirmed the illegality of claim of Kokshetau Su Arnasy, and as a result, Director General of Kokshetau Su Arnasy Albekov received disciplinary action.
