Business Ombudsmen of Kazakhstan and Russia signed an agreement
During the First Forum of Business Ombudsmen of Russia and Kazakhstan, documents were signed on further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
In particular, an open Agreement was signed between the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov and the Commissioner under the President of Russia for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Boris Titov. The document provides for mutual assistance in the protection of entrepreneurs' rights and information exchange in the field of business activities in Kazakhstan and Russia.
In addition, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Akhmetzhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Rustam Zhursunov signed the Agreement regulating the issues of cooperation in the joint detection and resolution of systemic problems of entrepreneurs.
As Bolat Plymbetov noted, the forum is a good platform for exchange of experience in protection of the rights of entrepreneurs. "Sharing experience is always necessary and always useful. And such venues as today's Forum, very much contribute to making the exchange fruitful and effective. One of the goals of the Business Ombudsman is to assist Kazakh entrepreneurs who are in a difficult situation abroad. We also create conditions for Kazakh businessmen so that they know where to turn for help".
"The Agreement allows for close cooperation not only in protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, but also on the basis of information exchange. For example, if some laws are adopted in Kazakhstan and they are already adopted in Russia, we are looking not to commit the same mistake, that is, the exchange of information is at the legislative level", - the Business Ombudsman of Kazakhstan commented.
In turn, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Russia noted that the memorandum, signed in 2016, was the first acquaintance, the institutions recognized each other and decided in what directions to work. "For the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan's experience in regulation of business is the most important, as it is implemented in a close legal system. "We highly appreciate the initiative to reduce control and oversight functions. We want to take your experience, share ours", - Titov said.
"We absorb Kazakhstan's experience in reduction of criminal pressure on business, reduction of the number of inspections, etc. We listened to the work of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption, there is something to take into account and take note of", - he added.
