Within the framework of the Forum of the NCE RK "Atameken" "Rule of Law - guarantee of sustainable development of the economy of Kazakhstan", an agreement was signed between the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov and the Representative under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilmurod Kasimov.

The document provides for cooperation between the two countries in the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and the exchange of information. The parties are set to work to improve the business climate, to protect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities, the work will be built on the principles of constructiveness, transparency and effectiveness of their activities.

Consultative and legal assistance is provided for the correct application of the national legislation of states, participation in scientific and practical conferences, seminars and other events.

"We hope for further effective and fruitful cooperation to protect the rights of entrepreneurs. For us, one of the main tasks is that our entrepreneurs do not remain alone with their problems in another country" - Bolat Palymbetov emphasized.

In his turn, Dilmurod Kasimov noted the good start of the work of the parties. "We started cooperating with our Kazakhstani colleagues in the field of the rights protection of business structures long before today's meeting. And today we want to strengthen our cooperation with the relevant agreement. International practice has shown that the institution of the business ombudsman is a kind of bridge between the state and entrepreneurs" - the Commissioner under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.

Let us recall that last year an agreement on mutual assistance and cooperation between business ombudsmen of Kazakhstan and Russia was signed. Joint efforts of the two countries already protect the rights of several business entities, both Kazakhstani and Russian.
