JSC "AZhK" reduced the list of documents when applying for technical conditions. This was reported on Tuesday the 1^st of November by the press service of Almaty akim

AZhK, on which previously complained many entrepreneurs, has established an electronic queue management system, and twice a week consultations are provided for consumers at the Centre for Servicing Entrepreneurs in Almaty. Now the company plans to begin providing services through the Internet portal azhk.kz and together with state authorities it intends to implement a digital signature for authorization on the website, informs the press-service.

This allowed Almaty to make a breakthrough, rising immediately to 27th positions (75th place) on the indicator "Connection to the power supply system" by the ranking of ease of doing business Doing Business.

the indicator "Dealing with Construction Permits" JSC "NIT" has established a network of electronic document circulation between Centres for Servicing Entrepreneurs, state bodies and public utility services of the city. An electronic map "duty plan of engineering networks of Almaty" was created, the work of the commission on consideration of preparation and issuance of technical conditions was also organized.

In addition, memoranda were signed with 82 design and 40 geodetic enterprises to reduce the timing of pre-documents from 30 to 10 days. An interactive map almaty.genplan.kz was also introduced, containing information on the location of buildings, facilities and utilities. Hotlines were installed in order to address promptly the problematic issues in the field of rendering of services.
